Sauerbraten     
Eye of round, marinated in our own authentic homemade sauerbraten sauce, served in its own gravy with buttered egg noodles and red cabbage.

Beef Rouladen   
Choice top round - rolled with onion, bacon and parsley stuffing - lightly sauteed, then braised in a delicately flavored burgundy sauce. Served with buttered noodles and red cabbage.

Wiener Schnitzel    
Thinly sliced leg of veal, dipped in egg and bread crumbs, then pan fried in butter. Served with fresh lemon, hot German potato salad and vegetable du jour.

Chicken Schnitzel      
Boneless breast of chicken, dipped in egg and bread crumbs, then pan fried in butter. Served with fresh lemon, hot German potato salad and vegetable du jour.

Jäger Schnitzel     
Thinly sliced leg of veal, sauteed with fresh mushrooms and parsley in a light cream sauce laced with wine. Served with rice and vegetable du jour.

Pan-Fried Liver     
Sliced liver, pan fried with onion, bacon and green peppers. Served with gravy and house potatoes.

Schnätzeli    
Bite-sized liver sauteed in butter with diced green peppers, onions and tomatoes. Served with house potatoes and its own brown gravy.

Three German franks, served with our homemade hot German potato salad and homemade sauerkraut.

Grilled Bratwurst       
Spicy grilled pork sausage, served with homemade sauerkraut and hot German potato salad.
